Model FBL & FBL- DC

  Model FBL series, fixed horizontal blade louvers with 50mm blade spacing are particularly suitable for smaller intake or exhaust applications , where a balanced appearance is required when installed on external walls. Constructed from extruded aluminium sections.

Each louver is fitted with a bird guard as standard, insects screens also available. All flanged are supplied plain undrilled, fixing details are as in exploded view diagrams.

Model FBL is supplied as standard with a 32mm wide flange frame.

Model FBL–DC: A drip cill may be specified as an optional extra.

Finishes available are : Standard mill , polyester powder Coating or Anodized.

                                         (colour must be specified separately on all orders).

Dimensions Data

Minimum nominal size is 150 x 150mm. for the FBL and 300 x 300mm. for the FBL- DC, up to a maximum single section of 1500mm x 1500mm.

Where the nominal louver height is not visible by 50mm, the blade pitch will be adjusted accordingly. (This may marginally affect the resultant free area).

Rear mounted stiffener bars are fitted as standard to louvers over 1000mm.width.
